Timber Pavilion – Structural Study

This project explores the structural logic of a small timber pavilion through a series of architectural visualizations and exploded diagrams. The study focuses on the relationship between structural frames, roof geometry, and envelope elements, revealing how each component contributes to the overall architectural system. The pavilion is organized around a faceted timber structure that supports a complex roof form with a central skylight element. The exploded axonometric diagrams illustrate the assembly sequence, highlighting the structural frame, roof components, wall panels, and foundation layers. The design emphasizes timber construction, modular assembly, and structural clarity, allowing each architectural layer to be visually understood as part of a cohesive system. The visualization process aimed to communicate both construction logic and spatial quality, presenting the project as a balance between architectural form and structural performance.
